Angela Pollard (Director)

Originally from the ghetto of East London, Angela graduated as an actor/director in the heart of North London's ghetto and has now managed to blag her way into West London's Little Venice. Although she never been convicted of any criminal activity, please keep all your pens and pencils close to you at all times! At 5ft Miss Pollard may look sweet and innocence but leave your pens unattended, she will take them!

Adam Hall (Performer)

Adam is currently eagerly awaiting the re-release of Sisquo's all time classic hit - The Thong Song. But before that Adam trained as a Footballer, F1 Driver and Professional Wrestler. When none of his dreams worked out, Adam settled for acting. Apparently you have to train for this kinda work so he attended East 15 Acting School. Since being released Adam has appeared in various theatre shows in London, toured the UK in several vans, and been on TV a couple of times. He is now ready to stop cheating on NewsRevue with other shows and settle down to raise a family of little baby satirical comedy shows. Adam finds nothing more pretentious than when people refer to themselves in the third person, and just wants to say you'll never catch Adam Hall doing that.

Gabriella Best (Performer)

Gabriella Best studied English story books at Sheffield University. She then tried very hard to work in an office. She purchased a multicoloured pen set and a selection of neutral shirts... but eighteen months later, was found loading her pockets with office stationery and lowering herself into the water cooler... She packed up her desk and relocated to The Oxford School of Drama, graduating in August 2009. Parts whilst training include - Rosalind (As You Like It, Blenheim Palace), Phaedra (Phaedra's Love), and an elderly racist. She is currently working on a number of new writing projects.

Jasmine Jones (Performer)

In between eating, sleeping & administrating, Jasmine loves nothing more than turning her hand to a spot of acting. You may remember her from such hits as: ‘Secret Diary of a Call Centre!’ ‘Return Of The Temp’ & ‘Where The Trial Shifts Are.’ Jasmine shares her name with a successful porn actress, although she has never starred in any blue movies herself. Since graduating from Drama Centre Jasmine has been a member of the BBC Radio Drama Company and enjoyed a variety of classical and contemporary roles on the stage. To experience more of Jasmine writing about herself in the third person visit: spotlight.com/interactive/cv/8776-3425-1459.
(Jasmine would ‘Tweet’ but she thinks it’s for w***ers)

Rhys Jennings (Performer)

Rhys trained at The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff and graduated in July 2009. He won a Carleton Hobbs bursary and worked from July to December '09 on the BBC Radio Drama company. This is his first time doing News Revue or indeed acting at the Canal Cafe Theatre.
